Dr. Robin Chandler-Morgan
Dr. Chandler was raised on a peanut farm in the beautiful, small town of Blakely, Georgia. After high school, she moved to Americus, Georgia to attend Georgia Southwestern State University. She graduated from GSW in 2002 magna cum laude with a degree in Chemistry and minor in Accounting. From there, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee to attend Southern College of Optometry. She did internships in Denver, Colorado and Columbus, Georgia where she focused on pediatrics and ocular disease. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2006 cum laude. After four years of experience in private practices, Dr. Chandler realized her dream of opening her own practice in Americus, Georgia. Dr. Chandler is dedicated to rural optometry. She loves providing the newest technology and best possible care to her patients with a staff that is equally dedicated to providing the best customer service.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr Chandler enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Scarlett. As a
family, they train versatile hunting dogs and currently own two Pudelpointers and a Bracco Italiano. They also raise backyard chickens for fresh eggs, which they sell locally. In her free time, she enjoys turkey hunting, reading, and traveling.
Dr. Chandler is a member of Concord Methodist Church and the Americus Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a Trustee on the Georgia Optometric Association Board. She is also on the Georgia Southern Optometric Education Task Force, which is an advisory board to GSU for the upcoming Optometry school.
Kimberly Pouliot
Kimberly Pouliot is the Insurance Specialist for Chandler Morgan Eyeworks. With over eight years of healthcare insurance and billing experience, she is happy to be apart of the Chandler Morgan Eyeworks team. She is dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional assistance in addressing their insurance and billing questions and needs. A native of Americus, she attended Georgia Southwestern College in the early 80’s and recently Columbus State University for classes in medical coding and billing. She is married to Leo Pouliot and they have five children together and seven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travelling. She and her husband are faithful members of Cornerstone Church in Americus, Ga.
